Managed Services Phases - A brief overview of our approach to delivering managed services through the full life cycle
Phase 1 – Our Discovery Phase covers the objectives and requirements definition. This includes business case evaluation, user/ functional requirements gathering, technology evaluation, environmental considerations, existing infrastructure assessment together with license and regulatory aspects, timescales, commercials and service level requirements. Once all requirements are understood, a high level design and service proposal is presented and agreed before moving on to the next Phase.
Phase 2 - a low level design will be developed to cover all aspects of the agreed high level design to a level of detail that can be implemented. This will include a detailed programme of works, risk and method statements, stakeholder engagement and communications plan, user training plan, a transformation plan and service plan.
Phase 3 – Following agreement and sign off of a low level design, the Implementation Phase will cover all aspects of your hardware and software installation, ensuring that everything is fully integrated into your existing platforms and processes. Quality, resilience and reliability of voice and data are paramount throughout. We handle all configuration services and regulatory approvals, ensuring optimised software and hardware with a fully functional and forward compatible architecture.
Phase 4 – Following successful Implementation, our bespoke service package of ongoing maintenance and support will commence. Our networks are set up for streamlined proactive maintenance schedules, routine maintenance and rapid fault detection and resolution. Whether you want full network monitoring and 24/7 NOC services or a simple break fix arrangement, we tailor our levels of managed services to fit each customer’s needs.
